18 40 & Over Championship

Tournament Dates: Thursday September 6 - 9, 2018
Captain’s Meeting:
Location: Westgate Tennis Center
Date: Thursday, 9/6 4:00 pm for Mixed Doubles 18 & Over 6.0 Captains

Time: Thursday, 9/6 6:30 pm for Mixed Doubles 18 & Over 7.0, 8.0 and 9.0 Captains as well as Mixed Doubles 40 & Over 6.0, 7.0,8.0 and 9.0 Captains

For experienced championship captains that elect not to attend the meeting, he/she should pick up their items prior to the start of their first scheduled match starting at 7:00 AM at Westgate Tennis Center. We strongly recommend that all attend the meeting.

Text Alert Messaging: There will be a text alert informational label on the captains folder. Please make sure that you follow the directions to receive alerts from USTA Alabama. Note that messages will be from RainedOut.

Text Alert #: Players can text DOTHAN18 to the phone number 84483. Signing up for this text service will allow players to receive any updates (by text) regarding the tournament.

Please note that match times are 7:30, 9:15, 11:00, 12:45, 2:30 and 4:15 for matches beginning on Friday. Please pay close attention to your schedule as times may change for Sunday.

18 & Over 6.0 begins play on Thursday with a 5:00 match time.

Conversion Chart Code of Conduct

WG - Westgate (soft courts)
DCC - Dothan Country Club (soft courts)
AZ - Azalea Swim and Tennis Club (soft courts)
WG/DCC - scorecard will be turned in at WG with #1 and #2 doubles positions playing at WG, #3 doubles will go directly to DCC for their match
