Captain Registration Logistics:
Location: Pelham Racquet Club
Date: Thursday, May
31st
Time: 12:30 pm - 7:30 pm
For
those that do not pick up their captains packet prior to their first match,
note that it
is the responsibility of the team captain and players to have read all materials
posted on the championship website.
For experienced championship captains that elect not to attend the meeting,
he/she should pick up their items prior to the start of their first scheduled
match starting at 7:15 AM at Pelham Racquet Club (host site). Please note that
all matches are not scheduled at Pelham Racquet Club as we are also using
Riverchase Country Club. Please pay close attention to your schedule and make
sure that your players are aware of the site locations.
For those serving as a new captain to a championship event, we strongly
recommend that you attend the meeting.
Player Luncheon:
Friday, June 1st and Saturday, June 2nd 10:30 am – 2:00 pm
All players must present ticket for lunch!
